  •     1 bag Alexia Sweet Potato Fries with Sea Salt
  •     1 Cup self rising flour
  •     1 Cup ice water
  •     1 egg
  •     ¼ Cup toasted coconut (or shredded coconut)
  •     preferred oil for frying
Curry Aioli
  •     1 garlic glove, minced extremely fine
  •     1 egg yolk
  •     2 teaspoon lemon juice, fresh squeezed
  •     ½ teaspoon dijon mustard
  •     ¼ Cup olive oil
  •     3 Tablespoon vegetable oil
  •     ½ teaspoon curry powder
  •     salt and pepper to taste
