- 1 Cup self rising flour
- 1 Cup ice water
- 1 egg
- ¼ Cup toasted coconut (or shredded coconut)
- preferred oil for frying
- 1 garlic glove, minced extremely fine
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice, fresh squeezed
- ½ teaspoon dijon mustard
- ¼ Cup olive oil
- 3 Tablespoon vegetable oil
- ½ teaspoon curry powder
- salt and pepper to taste
