Ingredients :
For the Soy Sesame Dipping Sauce
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. agave or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1 scallion chopped
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1-12 oz. can Vintage® Original Seltzer chilled
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- about 1/2 cup canola oil or another high smoke point oil
- 1 medium sweet potato sliced into 1/4 inch thick slabs
- 1/2 medium cauliflower crown broken into small florets
- 1/2 medium broccoli crown broken into small florets
- 1 medium onion sliced into thin strips
